The story of NEST...
NEST Kitchen, Bath & Home Design was founded in 2019 by NCIDQ- and CKBD-certified designer Ashleigh Schroeder after more than two decades working in the kitchen and bath industry. Based in the St. Louis area, NEST specializes in thoughtful kitchen design, bathroom design, and interior renovations that bring beauty and functionality together.
The name NEST reflects the belief that a home should feel personal, welcoming, and carefully built over time. The tree featured in the NEST logo holds special meaning as well—it was originally drawn by Ashleigh’s father and serves as a quiet reminder that home is where roots grow and life unfolds.
Today, NEST works with homeowners, builders, and contractors to design spaces that feel both refined and livable. Through a collaborative process and careful attention to detail, each project is developed to reflect the architecture of the home and the people who live there.
